Well, the only thing that is going to work is what I am about to reveal… You may have tried to Google the issue and saw that people were suggesting running Outlook with the /resetnav option to reset the navigation panes…but that didn’t work either. You may have tried to run Outlook in safe mode and it worked so you thought it was an add-in so you disabled all of the add-ins…but it didn’t work because it still crashes in non-safe mode. Then I’ve got the fix for you!
